I have more than ten years of experience in managerial positions in a large financial institution and 20 years of experience in recruiting, especially in executive search for C-suite and expert positions.

I have expertise and a special interest in searches for professionals in financial and legal administration, real estate development, retail, and wholesale. I have hands-on experience in positions of trust in several associations and I understand the policies of large associations and unions.

I have studied law and practical philosophy, especially political philosophy, at the University of Helsinki. I am interested in questions related to justice as fairness, e.g., in inclusivity and diversity at work as well as globally.
